How it works
- Buy the subscription. Access opens as soon as your payment succeeds.
- Log in and enrol in any course in the catalogue.
- Complete the assessment and download your certificate.
What happens when the 12 months end
Access to the catalogue ends on expiry, including any course you started but did not finish. Certificates you have already earned are not affected. They remain yours and stay verifiable through the Namandla Academy Certificate Validator. We recommend you download and keep a copy of each certificate when it is issued.
Cancelling
The subscription is a fixed-term agreement of 12 months and does not renew automatically. If you are an individual consumer, section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act lets you cancel at any time on 20 business days written notice to info@namandla.com. We refund the portion of the fee for the unexpired months, less a reasonable cancellation penalty that we tell you about before it is applied.
Because you receive immediate access to the catalogue, the seven-day cooling-off right under section 44 of the ECT Act does not apply once you have accessed it. Full detail is in the Academy Course Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
